Session #1: Structural And Morphological Traits

The session focuses on the interpretation of sensors’ data to retrieve the structure of the canopy or the plant, especially the latest development in computer vision (Deep Learning), or 3D sensors (Lidar, Structure from Motion)

Visit of Arvalis' High-throughput Phenotyping Installation in Gréoux-les-bains

All the participants will be heading to a town near Avignon in the south of France in order to visit an installation that concentrates several high-throughput plant phenotyping facilities to see them in action.
