The workshop’s plenary sessions will take place at Avignon University in the center of Avignon, France. You can find below some help to find the entrances of the university and also directions to the nearest parking lot. Directions to the university entrance

To get to the University, just enter the following address in your GPS: “25 Boulevard Limbert 84029 Avignon” if you are coming from the «Parking des Italiens» or from the train station. If you are coming from downtown, enter the address “74 rue Louis Pasteur 84029 Avignon”.

Pour vous rendre à l’université, il vous suffit de rentrer dans votre GPS l‘adresse suivante : « 25 Boulevard Limbert 84029 Avignon » si vous arrivez du Parking des Italiens ou de la gare. Si vous arrivez du centre-ville, entrez l’adresse «74 rue Louis Pasteur 84029 Avignon».

If you need to park, the closest car park is the «Parking des Italiens» whose address is « Avenue des italiens 84000 Avignon»., it is a free and under surveillance car park. Below is a map to get from the parking lot to the University.

🌱 Phenotyping Station Field Trip Visit 🚜

📍 Arvalis Phenotyping Station in Gréoux-les-bains 📆 May, 13th

On the 13th of May will take place a visit of the Gréoux-les-Bains Arvalis’ experimental station, that concentrates several high-throughput field phenotyping systems operated routinely. The program for this field trip visit is the following :

– Introduction to the station and the local phenotyping challenges
– Presentation of Arvalis
– Drone demonstration
– PhenoMobile demonstration
– LITERAL demonstration
– Minirhizotron demonstration

All the participants will be divided into small groups for the visit for a better on-site experience.

A buffet will be served for lunch, in addition, transportation to the phenotyping station from Avignon is included, no need to rent a car on your side for that day.

Buses will leave Gréoux-les-bains to go back to Avignon at 3:00pm (15:00). Buses will make a stop at the Avignon Centre train station and Avignon TGV train station to drop off participants straight to the right place for their departures.
